Tab Trade - What Traders Should Know

The Broker — What It Is

TabTrade.com launched in Q1 2026. Online broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, regulated by the FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, a FMA-regulated broker.

The BlackBull connection tells you something. It means the leadership knows how a proper broker operates. Does not guarantee anything. But more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.

TabTrade came out of the gate with execution through Equinix servers. Same infrastructure institutional desks use. Usually a new brokerage focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade went the other way. Unusual for a new broker.

The instrument list: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, shares, crypto, ETFs. 1,000+. For something this new, that range is not narrow.

Platforms

You get: MT5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Two major platforms from a single account. A lot of brokers only give you one or the other. Having both is useful. Pick what suits your style.

MT5 is what most people know. Full charting, EAs, massive community. If you have used MT4 or MT5 previously, it is familiar territory.

cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Better depth of market. More responsive charts. Built-in algo trading. Plenty of traders find it more natural after using both.

FIX API is there for automated strategies but requires the VIP tier ($25,000 deposit). TradingView is reportedly on the roadmap. That will be a good addition when it arrives.

What You Pay

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Simple. Zero deposit requirement. Suits beginners.

Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips average. Commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is frequently under 0.2 pips. So your all-in cost can be below 0.5 pips. That is good for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that offer pricing like this require a minimum deposit. This broker does not.

VIP. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, execution under 20ms, custom pricing. Not something the average person. Do not worry about it unless you run serious volume.

How Fast Are the Fills

The execution is the thing this broker actually does something different. Equinix LD4/LD5. Under 30ms on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. These are not marketing fluff. The average platform operate at a much wider range.

Does it matter? For short-term trading, absolutely. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you hold positions longer, it matters less. The point is the setup is serious. That says what kind of broker this is.

Pair that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and the total package holds up. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.

Safety

Here is the detail that matters. Tab Trade is regulated by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No investor compensation scheme. If the lack of tier-1 regulation makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. Plenty of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

That said. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is not cheap. Dodgy operations do not pay for tier-1 data centre access. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. But inform how you think about it.

What you are accepting: you trade regulatory safety. What you get instead: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether this deal works comes down to your priorities.

The Bonus

TabTrade has a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Standard welcome offer. You fund your account, the broker top up your balance. Standard terms apply: turnover conditions before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Review the fine print before you deposit.

The complete breakdown, with the full fee table, read more withdrawal click here policies, and regulatory details, is at tradetheday.com.
